How long will it take to receive my order? (also Noted in my Shipping policy)

-Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship (excluding weekends, I do not usually ship on weekends unless for the holidays). If you need this item sooner please do not hesitate to contact me directly so we can make arrangements and get it to you ASAP.

If you need your order sooner for special events, please reach out to me via email at tytowncreations@gmail.com or through DMs in Instagram.

Please refrain from sending any messages or emails regarding your order within the first week. I assure you the order is in process and on the way as fast as I can. USPS has also been having problems lately with weather and packages being MIA for a period of time. I keep an eye on the tracking numbers as well. If your package seems to be missing I will reach out to USPS directly and file necessary paperwork to get information or reimbursement. Please be patient while we wait for the refund as we will both be waiting for USPS to investigate.

I am not liable for failure to read the descriptions for any adjustable items. The item description indicate to leave a note at checkout as needed to ensure the piece is to the size you need it. If there is no note I will ship the item as is.
